| Presidential Gardeners of Marion Establish Rose Garden Photograph- L- R .Shelly Ehret, president of Presidential Gardeners, George M. Kane, Jr. Director of the Ohio Historical Society, Columbus, Kristy Apt, vice-president of Presidential Gardeners, Sherri Hall, site manager of the Harding Home in Marion, and Erin Bartlett, Western region site coordinator, Ohio Historical Society, gathered at the end of the tea party, Monday, June 11, after Florence's Rose Garden was dedicated . Kristy was honored with a plaque, for the vision which has brought roses to the property in Marion, Ohio. George expressed enthusiasm as he learned of the Ohio Association of Garden Clubs, Inc. affiliation of the Presidential Gardeners, region 7. Several businesses were recognized for outright gifts which led to the completion of the Presidential Gardeners dream. |
