The trip was coordinated by the Ohio Association of Garden clubs. Ohio was very well represented at the show with two Croswell buses traveling from the State. This was the first time that the magnificent World Flower Show has been held in the United States of America. Fresh flowers/plants and arrangers from around the world were represented at the show.
The arrangements from all 30 WAFA countries represented on the show floor were spectacular and viewing them was a treat for everyone who attended.  The talent and skill included in the show represented the pride of the individuals and their respective countries.
The trip also included a guided tour of Boston & The Freedom Trail and a scenic cruise of Newport Harbor in Newport, Rhode Island.
